My husband and I had been planning for a wonderful honeymoon trip. Unfortunately our plans to leave the country were somewhat halted by 911 not to mention the stresses and financial burden we had. We decided to wait a while and take a belated honeymoon. Upon opening our wedding gifts, we came across a gift basket that had an envelope in it. To our surprise, our close friends had airline tickets for us as a wedding gift. The only stipulation was that they had to come with us, and we're glad they did! A few months later, we came across an opportunity to partake in a vacation to Cancun, Mexico. We contacted the folks at CancunGoGo.com who reserved a Presidential Suite at the Moon Palace Sunrise Resort. Upon entering the lobby of the resort, we knew that we would be in for a wonderful vacation. The employees were there at our beck and call and extremely hospitable. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. The Suite itself was grandiose in size and proportion without compromising the coziness that is usually associated with a small hotel room. The Suite was graciously appointed with the finest of furnishings and panoramic views. Whether you are sitting on it's large balcony or sipping on something at the pool, you will indeed feel like you are on a vacation with not a worry in the world. The tours we went on were absolutely divine!! Needless to say our experience was one to remember since it was much more than we expected. We will most definitely use Julie and Arnie Pluess again for future vacations to Cancun, Mexico. I fully recommend them without any doubts, whatsoever. You definitely get MORE than what you pay for!! ENJOY!

Dear Arnie & Julie,

We find ourselves on our last night, not wanting to leave this beautiful place. We were treated like queens. It was the perfect vacation for two warn out over stressed Moms! We exercised all week in the first class facility. Although it was a little odd being the only women without husbands, it was too peaceful to care very much. At first we did not have very much ocean view. We went to the front desk and they found us a nice room with the ocean almost at our door. Thank you for all your help and sharing your "vacation hide-away" with us. We hope to return again with our families. We will be sure to contact you when we do. Deanna and I extend our deepest appreciation and we’re sorry we didn’t have time to meet you two. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

I know how it is in business, it seems that you only hear from the people with complaints but rarely from satisfied customers. Let me take this opportunity to tell you that we were extremely satisfied with the service we received when booking our vacation with you last year. We have referred you to at least 5 other couples interested in going to Cancun, and will do so in the future. Out itinerary and tickets arrived when they were supposed to and when we received the bill it was exactly what was quoted to us. We have traveled quite a lot, the Keys, the Bahamas, etc., but none of these trips were as enjoyable as the trip we took to the Moon Palace last year. Well, we came back from our trip to Mexico. It was wonderful! Upon our arrival at the Aventura Palace, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to the Spa Palace. The accommodations were better than what I expected. The staff at the hotel was great! I'll tell you, It was very hard to come back so soon. I felt that we needed another week, at least. We packed so many activities/tours that we didn't get to spend much time at the hotel. We regretted that. We all loved it so much that we are definitely going back, hopefully sometime next year. Thanks again for making this wonderful vacation possible. Your package prices were the best!
